Kai
Hi there! Please allow me to be among the first to say thank you for taking the time to visit our site and to get acquainted with Happy Paws Pet Care and our professional dog walking team.
My name is Kai Hsieh and I’m the proud owner and founder of Happy Paws Pet Care.
As a dog trainer, I studied under Cesar Millan, also known as "The Dog Whisperer" and trained with one of the nation's most sought out trainers, Heather Beck. A proud member of the International Associaton of Canine Professionals, I am also certified on Remote Electronic Training Collar (E-Collar) through Martin Deeley's International School for Dogs. In addition, I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Northwood University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
I reside in Boston with my four legged family members Bogey and Walle. Now that you have met my four legged family members, I hope to meet yours real soon!
Mathew
Matthew DiBiccari is a life long dog owner with personal experience handling dogs of all sizes and breeds. He has recently decided to transition from a career in Culinary Arts to pursue a new path in pet care. In addition Matthew has began producing a line of raw dog food as well as a variety of dog treats. Currently assisting Matthew in his new path is his trusted companion Bruce; a 5 year old Labrador retriever mix. Bruce is super friendly, well socialized and high energy. Together Matt and Bruce are looking forward to helping care for your canine family members.
Ashlie
Hey there, my name is Ashlie! I am ecstatic to be joining the happy paws team with my little pittie Bailey (8), and Aussiedoodle Vito (4). Throughout obtaining my bachelors degree in Radiation Therapy I have worked in the pet care industry from making homemade dog food, grooming, and dog walking and sitting. After graduating, the truth was inevitable that working with animals is where my heart lied, so I decided to follow my heart and stick with it. I feel so fortunate to have my passion for animals be my career.
I’m looking forward to bonding with your pup over our time together. Nothing makes me happier than exploring with new four legged friends!!
Steven
Hello! My name is Steven. I volunteered at my local Humane society in California to help socialize and walk the dogs sheltered there. It was so rewarding to help these dogs get ready for their forever homes, and I always wanted to continue working with animals. The shelter is where I found my buddies Benny (Beagle/Basset 9) and Pancake (Silky Terrier 14)!
After I got my Masters Degree in English, I wanted to continue working with animals. I’m so lucky Happy Paws chose me to be a part of their team, and I can’t wait to meet all your wonderful pups! We are sure to be fast friends!
Hailey
I’m a lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for both dogs and horses. I share my life with my dog, Turner, and my horse, Buck, they truly are my babies! I’ve been an avid equestrian for over 20 years, and when I’m not caring for dogs, you can usually find me at the barn training, showing, and teaching riding lessons.
I’m currently pursuing my certifications in dog training through ABC Animal Behavior College, with a focus on service and emotional support dogs. I’m also working toward earning my instructor’s license to teach riding lessons in Massachusetts. I strongly believe in the power of animal therapy and am passionate about helping animals and people build meaningful, life-enhancing bonds.
I’m so excited to be joining the Happy Paws Boston team and can’t wait to meet you and your pups!
Juliette
Hi! I’m Juliette, and I’m so excited to be part of the Happy Paws team! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had two Rottweilers, Mickey and Brooke, and today I’m lucky to share my home with my nine-year-old dog, Tucker, and my two cats, Nova and Phoenix. Caring for animals has always been a meaningful part of my life, and I’m thrilled to turn that passion into my work with Happy Paws.
I believe every dog has their own personality, energy level, and needs. Some pups are eager to get outside and explore, while others prefer a slower-paced walk with plenty of encouragement and attention. My goal is to make every walk a positive experience while getting to know each dog as an individual. I’m patient, attentive, and nurturing, and I also love joining in when a dog is ready to play and have some fun! Over the years, I’ve cared for my own pets as well as the dogs and cats of friends and family, and I’m excited to bring that same responsibility, care, and dependability to every Happy Paws four legged family member.
